Administrative Team
Erin, Business Manager
Erin began her dental career as a hygienist in 2013 and joined Montgomery Wolken Dental Care in January 2024. After more than a decade in clinical care, she stepped into the role of Business Manager. While she enjoyed working closely with patients, she continues to support the hygiene team and brings the same energy and positivity to her leadership role.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys crafting, reading, and outdoor adventures, especially spontaneous road trips. She’s also a proud mom of two boys who keep her busy and bring her the most joy.
Kristine, Chief Administrator
Kristine began her dental career in 2013 as a Licensed Dental Assistant and spent eight years working in oral surgery before moving into cosmetic dentistry. As Chief Administrator, she supports and leads the team behind the scenes.
She loved chairside care as an assistant, so Kristine remains committed to patients and still assists when needed. Her hands-on experience and personal dental journey give her strong empathy and insight that show up in her work.
When not at work, Kristine is most at peace when spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Winnie. She also enjoys traveling, biking, cooking, reading, and relaxing by the St. Croix River.
Bethany, Patient Care Coordinator/ Dental Assistant (RD)
Bethany is passionate about helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting before continuing her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Information Management.
She enjoys connecting with patients and strives to make every visit comfortable and positive. Her passion for dentistry comes from seeing firsthand the effects a healthy, beautiful smile can have on a person’s confidence.
When not at the office, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. Balancing family life with a career she loves motivates her to give her best to the people she serves each day.
Clinical Team
Elin, Licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH)
Elin was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, and she’s brought that same hard-working energy to her time with us serving as a dental hygienist since 1997. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them improve their oral health. Elin looks forward to getting to know her patients and supporting them in achieving their best and brightest smiles.
Elin cherishes time with her kids, enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Leaf, Licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH)
Leaf received her hygiene license in 1997 and has many years of experience as a dental hygienist. She’s passionate about providing gentle, thorough care to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Leaf graduated from the University of Minnesota and has dedicated her career to building trusting relationships through exceptional hygiene care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three amazing kids. Her hobbies include gardening, baking sourdough bread, and caring for the family’s backyard chickens.
Chantal, Licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH)
Chantal grew up in a small North Dakota town and initially studied theater in college before switching paths after being inspired by her longtime dental hygienist. She trained as a dental assistant at NDSCS before earning her dental hygiene degree from Argosy University. She’s worked with us as a hygienist since 2012.
With experience in both assisting and hygiene, she brings a well-rounded clinical approach and focuses on the connection between oral and overall health. She has also completed advanced training in Myofunctional Therapy to help address the underlying causes of dental issues. Chantal is passionate about patient relationships and creating a welcoming, positive dental experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, live music, and hopes to return to the theater someday.
Lauren, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
In addition to being a dental assistant, Lauren also has certifications in sedation and anesthesia monitoring; skills not all assistants become qualified to perform. She is passionate about providing exceptional care and feels grateful for the opportunity to connect with the wonderful individuals she meets each day. She joined Montgomery Wolken Dental Care in 2025 and enjoys being part of such a supportive and dedicated practice.
Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her loved ones. As a proud animal lover, she is especially devoted to her dog, Rin, an American Akita who keeps her active and entertained.
Dylan, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
Dylan earned his AAS in Licensed Dental Assisting in Minnesota and has been devoted to the profession since 2018. He is known for his emphasis on patient comfort, strong technical skills, and a calm, reassuring presence. Dylan strives to ensure every patient’s visit is as smooth, positive, and stress?free as possible.
Dylan lives in Woodbury with his wife and daughter, where they enjoy spending quality time together as a family. In his personal time, he maintains an active, health?focused lifestyle and enjoys hobbies such as hiking, mountain biking, and casual bodybuilding.
Lorie, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
Lorie graduated in 2007 and is a proud alumna of the Century College dental assisting program. Her fresh perspective is paired with a commitment to excellence in patient care. She is particularly passionate about collaborating with individuals to help them achieve and maintain optimal oral health, creating confidence through beautiful, healthy smiles.
Lori enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially camping, fishing, and going to the beach. She also likes reading, staying active, cooking, and trying new restaurants with her fiancé and daughters.
