Your First Visit
When you call in to schedule an appointment, our team will greet you, introduce ourselves, thank you, and ask how you learned about us. We want to make sure we meet your needs at your initial appointment, so we will also ask a little about what brings you in. If you’re looking for cosmetic dental care, we will schedule a consultation for you with Dr. Montgomery. If you’re coming to us for general or complete dentistry, Dr. Wolken, our dental assistants, and our hygienists will provide exceptional care.
When you first arrive at our practice, we’ll input all of your information and give you a tour of the office. Your first visit will be customized to meet your needs, so whether you require simple or more complex care, we’ll make sure to answer any of your questions and gather a detailed history for you.
Dental Insurance
We help our patients file insurance claims, making your experience simple, streamlined, and easy. We are happy to process most dental insurance plans and will maximize your benefits as best we can to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. If you have questions about your dental insurance, don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Financing Available
For our patients who have higher out-of-pocket expenses or are uninsured, we also offer flexible financing through Cherry. Upon approval, Cherry will let you split the total cost of treatment into smaller, easy-to-manage monthly payments. This allows patients to easily fit the cost of dental care into their budget.
In-House Membership Plan
We are proud to offer an in-house membership plan for uninsured patients, helping you save money and keep your oral health on the right track. Costing less than a traditional policy, a flat fee covers your basic care for the year while giving you access to discounts on most other services (including some not on regular insurance).
